This package is a completely customized nutrition + health plan. We will spend our series of private 1 on 1 coaching sessions, scheduled 2 weeks apart just long enough to incorporate a new habit, developing and adapt the program to fit perfectly into your current lifestyle.

This 1 month intensive includes, a pantry clean out, food shopping + in home food prepping trip, personal training sessions, supplement guidance, recipes, unlimited contact with me for ultimate support.

Achieve your fitness goals and transform your body with personalized training programs tailored to your individual needs and preferences.
Sessions take place in my private home gym. Each training is 60 minutes long. They include a warm-up, 30-40 minute workout, cool down with stretch + mindfulness meditation.

I'm Victoria, but most people call me Tori, except for my husband who usually refers to me as Babe.
From a young age, I've been obsessed with health, and my grandfather's stroke sparked my interest in the human body. My dad and I spent hours studying the body and creating plans for a machine that could replace the heart, but little did we know that pacemakers already existed!
Fast forward 30 years, and I'm still as fascinated with the human body as I was back then. I've pursued my passion through education, obtaining qualifications as a nurse, a nutrition and health practitioner, and a certified personal trainer. I believe that there's no one-size-fits-all approach to health, and I use my innate gift of understanding the human body to create personalized nutritional, fitness, and wellness plans that address the root cause of disease.
My ultimate goal is to help my clients thrive by aligning their bodies, minds, and souls. I offer a free consultation to ensure that we're a good fit before we embark on any journey together.
