Simply pop 10-12 smoothie cubes into your blender with 1 cup of your favorite fruit +1 cup of any liquid, blend and enjoy! 
Drop a few cubes into your favorite soup heat and serve.
Enhance your smoothie bowls - follow the directions above for the smoothie and just omit the liquid.  We also found that frozen fruit works best in bowls.  Add your favorite toppings and voila!!
