Service Description

This is a 1 hour one-on-one consultation (give or take), to do a deep dive into your personal health history. This is an opportunity for me to really investigate what may have lead you to your current state of health. I will analyze everything from your birth, through your childhood into your adult life. We will examine lifestyles, diet, exercise routines, social constructs and everything in-between. We will put together a comprehensive picture of your wellbeing. This deep dive will help me determine if I can support you or if I need to refer you to someone else. We will also discuss your personal goals, and the best way to achieve them taking into account your current lifestyle, personality, and required level of support. By end of this hour whether or not we decided to move forward you will have some concrete fundamental steps that you can implement immediately. **If we move forward the price paid for this sessions will be discounted from the package you picked.
