Ashley Mizzell is the Founder + Executive Director of Breath to Blossom (BTB).
Ashley is a firm believer that well being is a birthright. As a survivor herself, she has felt compelled to be of service by sharing mind-body practices that cultivate inner awareness that may allow a break in generational trauma cycles, after experiencing the benefits of holistic intervention in her own trauma recovery.
Her passion for accessible health advocacy to bridge the gap in racial and social inequities in wellness, is only a small sector of her advocacy for liberation of marginalized populations. Firsthand, she has learned domestic violence intersects every social justice issue.
